We are glad to welcome back the National Moot Court Competition of ELSA The Netherlands! This year ELSA Amsterdam is organizing the local round in collaboration with @sib_amsterdam 💙
With a fresh new look, this exciting legal challenge for both experienced and inexperienced mooters is back! Participate in the local of ELSA Amsterdam x SIB-Amsterdam and have the chance to advance to the National Round organized by ELSA The Netherlands! This competition is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about EU competition law and EU law in general, practice your legal writing skills, and of course enhance your public speaking and oral advocacy abilities!
The topic of the competition this year, as it is every year, is the broad field of European Union Competition Law. You do not need any previous knowledge of this field, and the link to the case can be found in the application form in our linktree- so check it out!
📈Additionally, for a background on the structure:
Teams will first compete in the local rounds, such as the one that will be hosted by ELSA Amsterdam (so keep your eyes peeled for further information from us👀). Then, the winners of the local rounds will move on to the final round at the national level, which will take place February 2nd, 2024!
